> SHIPPING

  • We offer free shipping within Canada (eh 🇨🇦).
  • $5 CAD shipping for US orders (🇺🇸) unless expedited option is selected.
  • International shipments are subject to rates set by DHL or Canada Post*

  • All seasons will be shipped out quarterly in the third week of January, April, July + October
  • If you made a mistake on your address and the parcel is returned, we can certainly ship it back to you, however, we'll ask for you to cover the shipping costs for the 2nd time around.

*we will default to the fastest and most reliable option from our experiences.

Due to the nature of roasted coffee, we don't accept returns.

That being said, if we haven't shipped your order, send us an email and we'll be more than happy to refund and cancel your order.

 

> REFUNDS

 

Looking for a refund on your order? If it hasn't shipped, no problem.

Reach out via our contact form, and we'll be more than happy to help. Please let us know ASAP, as we'll need 24-72 hours to process your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (that's up to the credit card company - not us).

  

> CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

 

Looking to cancel your subscription? No problem.

You can find a link to your account in one of the original emails we sent your way. We'll also send you a reminder email 3 days before you're charged again (with a link to your account) - so you'll be able to access your account from there. But - need a hand with anything?
