/ ON ETHIOPIAN COFFEE VARIETIES

S6

Although research on Ethiopian varieties is still relatively new and ongoing, there are many resources out there that take a closer look at regional landrace varieties & Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC) varieties. The main resource is a book called "A Reference Guide To Ethiopian Coffee Varieties", written by Getu Bekele & Timothy Hill. Besides this book, there are also many free written pieces, videos, and interviews online with Getu Bekele 🥰
